I have been a tenant with Magain now for over 3 years and previous to that have used Magain to sell our properties. The one great asset they have is retention with their staff. I have dealt with the same Property Manager (Vicki) for all of this time and now my dog Harry has a preference for her instead of me!!. Inspections are timely with loads of notice given. Very unobtrusive and thorough. Pictures are taken of the wet areas as well as exterior pics to send to the owners for re assurance that their investment is well maintained. Maintenance is always dealt with promptly and always liaises with us as to not inconvenience . All in all a well rounded Property Management group but more importantly an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you to Vicki and the staff…:)
