Today I am going to talk about our experience with Magain consultant, Cameron Bowes. We recently met Cameron as the result of a letterbox drop offering property appraisals in the O’Sullivan Beach area. Whilst my husband and I are not in the market to sell or buy a property, we were curious to get an idea of the current value of our piece of real estate.

An appointment was made for Cameron to appraise our property, which was subsequently followed up with comprehensive documented presentation relating to O’Sullivan Beach

We found Cameron to be a refreshing, well presented and courteous young man who was able to communicate well with my husband and me as people of an older generation. We were suitably impressed with how he conducted himself and asked him if he would be interested in acting as agent to offer for sale our friend and neighbours home across the road from us. The owner had recently moved to a care facility due to ailing health. Meetings were held between all parties, the house was placed on the market and sold within one week. For this outcome, Cameron worked tirelessly talking to prospective buyers of the property, conducting inspections and very importantly keeping us in the loop at all times regarding process of the sale etc. along the way a few matters arose which would test anyone’s mettle, but Cameron plugged away, and in the end all things came to a successful conclusion.
