I have dealt with the team at Magain Ascot Park as both a Landlord and a tenant, and have always had a great experience.
As a Landlord the team kept me across all elements of the property, providing accurate and timely information. Property reports are detailed and accurate and provide ease of mind that your property is well looked after. Statements and supporting documents were always provided quickly post the end of the month. Any questions or queries are managed quickly and professionally.
As a tenant the experience was much the same, any maintenance queries were dealt with quickly, and I was well informed on the timing and processes. The Propertyme app is a wonderful place to review rent timings, maintenance updates, property photos and any thing else you could require as a tenant.

I have always found the property managers at Magain a pleasure to deal with as I never have to worry about anything. Inspections are done regularly without any issues and when the renewal is due, they always maximise the rental income according to market conditions. I have been approached previously by other real estate agents to manage the property, but have / will never been tempted due to the great service your company provides.
