With over two decades of experience in real estate and business, Alex Radda offers clients a rare blend of commercial insight, legal precision, and real-world investing knowledge.

Starting his property journey at just 19 years of age — with a three-townhouse development in Mitchell Park — Alex went on to acquire his first commercial property by 25. He has since worked as both landlord and tenant in a range of business ventures, giving him a 360-degree view of property investment, leasing, and sales.

Holding a Bachelor of Law & Legal Practice from Flinders University, Alex brings a sharp legal mind to every transaction. He specialises in complex lease negotiations, tenant retention strategies, and value-focused investment advice — all underpinned by a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.

Alex is based at our Hyde Park office and is available for commercial appraisals, lease advisory, and acquisition support.

Outside the office, Alex is a proud father of two and an active supporter of local business and development initiatives.
