Lounge and bedrooms are carpeted, with built in robes and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
Air conditioning is a split system and there's a small balcony at the front of the unit where you can relax at the end of the day. The park backs onto Thaxted Park Golf Course and is in a lovely bushland and creek setting. Kangaroos and ponies roam within a separate fenced area, there for everyone to enjoy.
Public transport is near the front gate, Woodcroft Shopping Centre only minutes away, all amenities close by including Southern Expressway and Flinders Medical Centre.
