With over a decade of multifaceted experience in finance and operations management, Ben is a seasoned professional who has navigated the intricate landscape of the real estate industry with 2006 with finesse and strategic vision, guided by his father and founder of the company, Barrie Magain.

Upon completion of his double degree in Business (Property) and Business (Applied Finance), Ben commenced his career in finance, honing his analytical skills and financial acumen as a Finance Manager for the Property Management Department for several years.

Driven by a passion for real estate and a desire to explore its diverse dimensions, Ben transitioned into the real estate sector, leveraging their financial expertise to make impactful decisions in property investments, acquisitions, and asset management, before eventually taking over operations.

In his current capacity as Head of Operations, Ben oversees the entirety of operations within a prominent real estate firm, wielding his extensive expertise to orchestrate seamless business operations, optimise resource allocation, and drive sustainable growth initiatives. His strategic leadership, coupled with a deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends, enables them to navigate complexities and capitalise on emerging opportunities, positioning the organization for long-term success and market leadership.
