Please ensure all of the below items are attended to before handing all keys/remotes to our office on or before the last day of your tenancy:
• All floor coverings to be cleaned thoroughly, stains removed, and must be repaired if badly marked, stained or damaged.
• All tiles and timber floors mopped.
• All walls to be washed where necessary to remove scuff/mould marks using sugar soap if necessary.
• All light fittings, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, vents, AC’s & range hood to be cleaned and filters washed.
• All cobwebs to be removed from ceiling and cornices.
• All curtains, drapes, and blinds to be cleaned- dusted, wiped down and cleaned if necessary.
• All doors, door frames and light switches to be cleaned and free of marks.
• All windows to be cleaned inside and outside, including window/sliding door sills, skirting boards and tracks and are free from dust and bugs.
• Flyscreens on doors or windows to be replaced if damaged.
• Stove, oven, hotplates, oven racks, griller, drip trays to be cleaned thoroughly with all grease removed.
• Bench tops cleaned and all cupboards and drawers washed inside and out.
• Bathrooms, toilets & laundry to be cleaned.
• All tiles in wet areas cleaned, grout and ceiling mould free.
• Shower screen and vanity cleaned and toilet washed inside and out.
• Bedroom built in wardrobes cleaned, including doors and mirrors.
• Laundry tub cleaned, as well as walls and floors.
• Lawns to be mowed and edges trimmed with garden beds tidy and free of weeds & rubbish.
• Driveways & paths to be clean, free of rubbish, grease, oil & weeds – garage and carport left clean.
• No rubbish left at the premises – household or garden.
• Keys for all locks and remotes returned.
• Instruction manuals remain at the property on the kitchen bench.
